Hobby Transparent Silicone Adhesive

The hobby silicone adhesive is suitable for sealing, building and glueing in aquariums and terrariums.

With the transparent silicone adhesive, you can quickly and reliably seal leaks, close gaps, joints and cracks and also assemble glass aquariums. The highly elastic silicone is suitable for aquariums and terrariums and is age and weather-resistant, as well as UV and temperature resistant. The silicone adhesive is also particularly suitable for crafting aquarium decorations such as caves or back walls. Thanks to the included tip, you can work quickly and cleanly. The areas to be glued must be clean, dry and free of grease. In old aquariums, you should remove putty and silicone residues without leaving any residue before reconnecting them. The glued areas are smoothed with a finger dipped in detergent. The curing takes place after 24 hours. When building glass aquariums, however, you should wait for a curing time of 2-3 days and then wash the basin thoroughly. Excess material can be removed with a sharp razor blade.
