Sui Jin KH Plus

KH PLUS from SUI JIN is a preparation for the slow and safe regulation of the carbonate hardness (KH) of water. Sufficient or ideal carbonate hardness values of 5 - 10° dKH ensure a stable pH value - both values are therefore directly related. Since pond fish only feel comfortable in a pH value range between 7.5 and 8.5, both values should be regularly checked and kept stable. IMPORTANT: KH PLUS increases the KH value - as long as there are enough calcium or magnesium ions in the water!

The preparation has a preventive effect against acid falls, is suitable for every pond, protects the environment and can be used 365 days a year, even in winter.

Tip: Before increasing the KH value, the total hardness value (GH) should also be checked. If this value is too low, it should definitely be increased - BEFORE the KH value is regulated! This makes the subsequent KH increase more effective.

Dosage/application: Please measure the pH and KH values during use. The KH value should be increased gently, i.e. by a maximum of 1 - 2° dKH per day. 30 grams of KH PLUS are sufficient to raise 1,000 litres of pond water by approx. 1° dKH. Since dosages are basically in direct interaction with the entire mineral balance of the pond water, deviations from the recommended amounts are possible.
