Description
Limnophila sp. 'Scrophulariaceae' is rarely available commercially. This rarity is characterised by rapid creeping growth with an extremely bushy structure: graceful, star-shaped leaves and light green, bright colours add a special charm. Whether planted as a solitary perennial or in groups, whether placed in the foreground, midground or allowed to creep down steep slopes, this beauty is sure to fascinate even discerning aquascapers.
- Light requirements: good to intense, tolerant
- Optimal temperature: 15 to 30 °C, tolerant
- Water values: 0 - 7°dKHt (carbonate hardness) / 0 - 30°dGH (total hardness)
- pH value: 4 to 7
- CO2 and nutrient addition: recommended
- Propagation: runners, division, separation of daughter plants, cuttings
- Emersed growth: yes
Note: The plants are grown in-vitro in sterile conditions in a laboratory. They are therefore also suitable for sensitive animals such as dwarf shrimps and can be used immediately. In-vitro plants do not harbour pests such as snails or parasites. No pesticides are used.
