JBL TempSet Unit L-U-W Multi

While metal halide lamps previously required a ballast matching the wattage, for practical reasons JBL has developed a ballast that covers three wattages (35, 50 and 70 W). The TempSet Unit L-U-W Multi by JBL is a fully assembled and ready-to-connect set for all metal halide lamps with an E27 socket. The device is equipped with a heat-resistant socket up to 270°, overheating protection and an automatic safety switch-off function.

The cable is fitted with a quick-disconnect coupling to make it easy to install the ballast. The socket has a 180° ball joint which can be used to adjust the angle of the lamp. This allows you to create the right lighting conditions in your terrarium and meet the unique needs of your terrarium animals.

Note:

Thanks to an integrated automatic switch-off (safety switch-off), the ballast will not turn on defective or old metal halide lamps. After two to three attempts, it gets automatically switched off.

How to install:

Attach the bracket to the terrarium. Screw the LUW lamp (NOT included in the delivery) into the device. Then insert the plug.
