Oase Outlet OxyMax

The OxyMax oasis is an air outlet for use with the OxyMax air pump and is suitable for use in fresh and saltwater.

With the OxyMax ostomy oasis, you can ensure the gas exchange and thus the oxygen supply in the aquarium safely! Especially in the summer, when temperatures rise, the oxygen content in the aquarium water automatically drops - this is especially noticeable when your snails climb up the slices and your fish swim across the water surface with their mouths open. At least now you should ensure a very good surface movement because this ensures the gas exchange in the aquarium and without vital oxygen in the water, your animals can quickly get sick and even die! With the OxyMax air pump (not included in delivery), you will encounter this situation in advance and coolly and completely: Install the pump, place the OxyMax air vent with the practical suction cup in the aquarium right down to an aquarium wall or simply hang it and soon after, you will notice how your animals visibly "breathe" (and are back in their normal swimming zone). If possible, you should always have an air pump in the house; just so you can react fast enough.

Tip: If you do not install a check valve in the hose, you should make sure that the pump is higher than the water level so that no backflowing water can penetrate into the pump. If you want to be on the safe side, but you should integrate a safety valve!
