ARKA Pond Substrate Cleaner, 946 ml

Pond Substrate Cleaner by ARKA is an extremely effective, 100% biological cleaning agent for ponds. It contains a special mix of bacteria that removes mulm and other organic waste that accumulates in the substrate. Harmful gaseous compounds are dissolved while phosphate and nitrate deposits are broken down. The bacteria are also effective on substrates that make mechanical suction difficult, such as stone or gravel substrates. It begins to work at water temperatures above 7°C. Adding the product can cause harmless water turbidity initially. After 24 to 72 hours, however, the water gets purified and clear.

Tips:

• Substrate Cleaner Pond contains living organisms that react to UV light. Therefore, switch off the UV clarifier for at least 24 hours after each treatment!
