Description
The MI528-25 Iron Powder Reagent consists of high-quality reagents for use with the Milwaukee MW14 Iron Photometer.
Both the reagent and the photometer use an adaptation of the USEPA method Phenatroline 315B. The reaction between iron in the sample and the reagent causes the sample to turn orange. Add the reagent to the sample and wait for the reaction. The photometer then uses the colour to determine the iron concentration. The reagents are meant for use with samples with an expected range of 0.00-5.00 ppm (mg/L) of iron.
