Dennerle Plants Staurogyne repens CUP

This creeping perennial is a relative newcomer to aquaristics but has already won over many aquascaping enthusiasts as a distinctive way to green up the foreground. It is a slow-growing stem plant reaching a maximum height of 5 to 10 cm. It creates smooth layout transitions, closes gaps and lends a natural look to banks and ground covers. It needs sufficient light, CO₂ and nutrients to grow dense, compact and colourful. It responds positively to regular, vigorous pruning - please work carefully with specialised tools.

• Nutrients: CO₂ and nutrient addition necessary
• Light requirements: medium to strong light
• Water hardness: soft to medium-hard water
• pH value: between 5 and 7
• Temperature: high tolerance between 20 to 30 °C
• Propagation: division, separation, cuttings, runners

Note: The plants are grown in-vitro in sterile conditions in a laboratory. They are therefore also suitable for sensitive animals such as dwarf shrimps and can be used immediately. In-vitro plants do not harbour pests such as snails or parasites. No pesticides are used.
