ARKA Bio-CO2, 236 ml

Bio-CO2 acts as a microbial carbon source to support strong, healthy plant growth in freshwater aquariums. With natural humic acid and beneficial bacteria, it helps aquatic plants absorb and make better use of key nutrients, including plant fertilisers. This encourages vigorous growth and more intense plant colouration, while also helping to reduce unwanted algae growth.

Use and dosage:

• Initial dosage: On the first day, add 10 ml of Bio-CO2 per 100 l of water.
• Regular dosage: Add 2 ml of Bio-CO2 per 100 l of water every one to two days.
• The exact dosage depends on the number, density and size of the plants and can be increased slowly over time.

Please note:

• For best plant growth, combine with the ARKA fertiliser range.
• Dense planting can naturally help limit algae development.
• If a CO2 system is already in use, the dosage can be reduced by half.
