AquaArt Limnophila hippuridoides

Limnophila hippuridoides is the most magnificent representative of its family but needs to have the right conditions to show off its true colours (literally!). Good light is absolutely essential for this stunningly beautiful stem plant as is a regular supply of added nutrients and CO₂. Provided these needs are met, it will reward you with fast growth, light to intense red to purple colours and a gorgeous Christmas tree shape - a spectacular specimen for the midground and background.

Note: The plants are grown in-vitro in sterile conditions in a laboratory. They are therefore also suitable for sensitive animals such as dwarf shrimps and can be used immediately. In-vitro plants do not harbour pests such as snails or parasites. No pesticides are used.
