Milwaukee MW10 Free Chlorine Photometer - 1 Pc

Description

MW10 Free Chlorine Photometer is a digital device for reliably determining the concentration of free chlorine in aquariums, aquaculture, laboratories as well as other water treatment applications. The compact device with an ergonomic design has an easy-to-read LCD display. In contrast to inaccurate readings with test strips, the values with this digital photometer are not determined visually and therefore result in precise measurements.

The device is an adaptation of the USEPA method 330.5. The reaction between the chlorine and the reagent causes the sample to turn slightly pink.

The Free Chlorine Photometer runs on one AAA battery (1.5 V). The device switches itself off automatically after 2 minutes of non-use to save battery life. No calibration is required.

Application:

Add the reagent to the glass cuvette and get a digital reading with an accuracy of ± 0.03 ppm ± 3% at 25 °C* within minutes.
