Description
BioCliff is a purely natural, siliceous, pH-neutral rock that helps ensure crystal-clear water quality. It results in the development of aerobic and anaerobic zones owing to the 85% porosity and a surface area of 1250 m²/l, which in turn enables the build-up of nitrite and nitrate. The large filter surface is ideal for colonisation by filter bacteria.
