Sera Artemia Brut-Set is a breeding device for the self-breeding of Artemia nauplii.

Young animals in the aquarium not only need small food particles that they can easily absorb but also have special demands on the content and form of their food. The Sera breeding feed, which is perfectly adapted to these needs, promotes the healthy development of the animals right from the start and thus helps to optimally support metabolism, growth, colour development and natural behaviour.

Sera Artemia-Mix is a live-rearing feed for all ornamental fish and invertebrates in fresh and saltwater aquariums. The finished instant mix with a guaranteed high hatching rate only has to be mixed with water. Already 24 hours later, the finished Artemia nauplii can be skimmed off and fed. Artemia nauplii are the secret of professional breeders! The delicious brine shrimp larvae are the ideal first food with valuable nutrients and contribute significantly to development and growth. But even nimble fish and invertebrates such as shrimps and crabs and even some soft corals use the Artemia as feed. Live food promotes the natural eating and hunting behaviour of the animals.
With the Sera Artemia Breeding-Set, you get the necessary equipment to incubate Artemia yourself as needed and are thus independent of opening hours and possibly spoiled live food bags. Feeding recommendation: The entire bag contents (salt mixture with Artemia cysts) is stirred into 500ml tap water. The batch is well aerated for 24 hours at 26-28 ° C. Following this, the Artemia are skimmed off and fed as needed.
