Söll KH Test

The Söll KH test is a water test for checking the KH value in fresh and saltwater aquariums, as well as in the garden pond.

Whenever the appearance or behaviour of the fish becomes noticeable, or other peculiarities (e.g. sudden death of the aquatic plants) in the aquarium are noticed, the basic water values should first be checked. The carbonate hardness (KH) stabilises the pH. It absorbs fluctuations, e.g. caused by the biodegradation processes in the aquarium and garden pond and the carbon dioxide consumption of the plants.
