JBL Catappa XL are sea almond leaves for the natural care of fish and invertebrates in freshwater aquariums. Fish should feel as comfortable as possible in the aquarium as in nature. The natural effect of sea almond leaves promotes well-being, vitality and readiness to spawn. It also acts as a natural water conditioner and mucous membrane protection from the home of our aquarium inhabitants. Tannins compact the mucous membrane and thus actively prevent diseases.

JBL Catappa XL are harvested directly from the tree, cleaned, smoothed and sun-dried. After the addition, the leaf sinks to the bottom after 1-2 days, the active ingredients are released in about 1-3 weeks. Then a new sea almond leaf can be added and the other can remain in the aquarium, which is a welcome feed for catfish and invertebrates. Sea almond leaves are also indispensable in the cultivation of various Betta species.

Application
Add 1 leaf to 50-100 litres of water. After the addition, the leaf sinks to the bottom after 1-2 days, the active ingredients are released in about 1-3 weeks. Then a new sea almond leaf can be added and the other one can remain in the aquarium, which is a welcome feed for catfish and invertebrates.

When stored in a dry place, JBL Catappa XL can be stored almost indefinitely.
