JBL NovoFil

JBL NovoFil is a pure protein feed that consists of 100% red, dried mosquito larvae. As a supplementary food or snack for in between, it is suitable for very picky fish between 5 and 20 centimetres in size and also water turtles. It is an optimal alternative to live or frozen goods, which are often overlaid or too often interrupted in the cold chain. Thanks to a very complex and gentle drying process, all nutrients of the insect protein are preserved. The high protein content and high-quality omega-3 fats promote growth.

In general, all JBL Novo feed types are easier to digest, which leads to fewer excretions, so the NovoFil also guarantees improved water quality. The optimally adjusted phosphate content reduces water turbidity and inhibits algae growth.

Feeding recommendation:
Feed JBL NovoFil once or twice a day and only as the fish can eat in 5 minutes. Here less is more. However, the feed intervals can be increased both in rearing and in juveniles.
