Söll Professional Activated Charcoal incl. Mesh Bag

The Söll professional active charcoal is an extruded, steam-activated absorber made of pure hard coal. The large inner surface and uniform pore structure of the pellets absorb organic substances as well as colour and toxins from the aquarium water. Further areas of application are the use as a catalyst in the use of ozone devices, after successful medication treatment and in the removal of yellow substances from the aquarium water.

Söll's professional active coal helps to produce and maintain crystal-clear and clean water thanks to its natural adsorption properties. The inner surface is up to 1,050 m² / g. The diameter of the carbon rods is approx. 3 mm.

• 500 ml for 500 litres of water

Clean Söll professional activated charcoal thoroughly under running water and then place it in the filter or technical pool.

Depending on the water load, the product should be replaced after about 8 to 16 weeks. It must be removed from the filter circuit for the duration of medication use.
